DescriptionMISSIONTo address the tire needs of customers in a safe, approved manner using the proper tools and proper techniques.Essential DutiesIdentify and inflate tires correctly for the size and plyPlace wheels on balancing machines to determine counterweights required to balance wheelsDismount wheels from vehicles using lug wrenches and other hand and power toolsMount wheels onto vehiclesReassemble tires onto wheelsReplace valve stems and remove puncturing objectsLocate and seal punctures Perform lube, oil, filter, tire services on passenger and light truck vehicles, as neededMaintain positive relationships with customersMaintain tools and related tire accessoriesMaintain a clean shop to reflect the proper corporate image to the publicProtect company assetsEmbrace Purcell’s culture of safety and perform all jobs in a safe mannerRegular attendance in accordance with assigned scheduleAbility to perform physical requirements as listed in job description Other essential and non-essential duties, as assigned by management
