Our concierges are respected by residents, trusted by property management, and relied upon to run the desk with confidence, discretion, and professionalism.If you have worked in luxury residential, high-end hospitality, or corporate front desk environments and take pride in doing things the right way, this role is built for you.Core ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Resident ExperienceServe as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and building staffCreate a calm, professional, and welcoming environment at all timesRecognize residents, understand building culture, and maintain strict discretionHandle questions, requests, and issues with confidence and efficiencyBuilding Operations & OversightManage access control, visitor logs, and package handling with accuracyMonitor building activity and report incidents clearly and professionallyCommunicate effectively with property management when issues ariseEnforce building policies respectfully and consistentlyProfessional PresenceMaintain a polished appearance and professional demeanorRepresent both the building and The Concierge Club with integrityServe as a steady, trusted presence during all assigned shiftsWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Experience3+ years of concierge, front desk, hospitality, or high-touch customer service experienceExperience in luxury residential, corporate, or hotel environments strongly preferredLocation RequirementMust be local to Hudson or Bergen County, NJReliable transportation and ability to work at multiple nearby buildings when neededProfessional QualitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCalm under pressure with confident decision-makingStrong attention to detail and sense of responsibilityRespect for confidentiality and professional boundariesReliable, punctual, and consistentTechnology ComfortComfortable using tablets, building systems, and digital logsAble to follow structured processes and SOPsSchedule & AvailabilityWe are currently hiring for multiple coverage needs:Floater concierge able to cover different buildings and shifts as neededOvernight concierge for consistent night coverageRegular scheduled shifts including day and eveningFlexibility and reliability are essential.
