This role will begin as a 3-month consulting engagement and may convert to a full-time position based on performance and business needs.The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, supporting financial reporting, analytics, and operational use cases.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using modern data toolsDevelop and manage data transformations using DBTOrchestrate and automate workflows using Apache AirflowBuild and optimize data models in Snowflake for analytics and reportingWrite clean, efficient, and well-tested Python code for data processing and automationPartner closely with finance, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutionsEnsure data accuracy, reliability, and performance through monitoring and validationDocument data models, pipelines, and technical designsParticipate in agile development, code reviews, and best-practice sharingRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related roleStrong proficiency in Python and SQLHands-on experience with Snowflake data warehousingPractical experience using DBT for data modeling and transformationsExperience scheduling and managing workflows with Airflow (or similar orchestration tools)Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practicesStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyPreferred / Nice to HaveExperience working with financial data, accounting systems, or finance teamsFamiliarity with ERP systems such as NetSuiteExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Knowledge of data quality, testing, and observability frameworksExperience in high-growth or fast-paced environmentsBenefitsMedical insuranceVision insurance401(k)Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at WeVision LLC by 2xJ-18808-Ljbffr
