Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process Assist with processing sales orders, invoices, and returns accurately and efficiently Maintain and update customer records in the database to ensure data accuracy and integrity Coordinate with sales teams to prepare proposals, quotes, and follow-up communications Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions Support the sales team in organizing meetings, presentations, and promotional events Monitor inventory levels and communicate with relevant departments to ensure product availability Generate reports on sales activities and customer feedback to assist in strategic planning Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles is preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative Positive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding service to clients High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or specialized training related to sales or administration is advantageous This position is integral to our success in building lasting relationships with clients and driving sales growth.
