Job Description At Otsy, we’re redefining how people discover and book travel. As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be part of the team building the systems, stories, and services that bring our platform to life.We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to assist our sales and administrative team while also helping maintain the day-to-day operations of the office. This is an in-person position. The individual in this role would be responsible for maintaining ongoing business files, answering office phone calls, creating contracts, invoicing vendors, receiving payments, ordering office supplies, managing affiliates, and supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment.Detailed Responsibilities:Act as the point of contact between managers and clientsMaintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projectsScreen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondenceCreate contracts for prospective customersReceive payments from customersHandle requests and queries appropriatelyManage and schedule meetings and appointmentsRead, monitor, and respond to emailsOrder and maintain office suppliesManage relationships with office vendors and service providersEnsure the office environment remains organized and operationalRequirements:High school diploma/GED (Associate degree preferred)Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordStrong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervisionKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresMS Office and English proficiencyOutstanding organizational and time management skillsUp-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applicationsAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workloadExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDiscretion and confidentialityReliable form of transportationCompensation and Benefits: Compensation based on skill level and experience. Comprehensive benefits package offered to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.Compensation: $50,000 with the potential to earn up to 25% more through additional remote hours and bonusesMust be willing to work additional remote on-call shifts as neededMust be willing to submit to a background check.Due to the anticipated volume of responses, we will contact only those candidates who most closely match our requirements.
