Mandatory Qualifications The candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements. The role requires proficiency in business process modeling and documentation techniques, including the use of flowcharts, BPMN, or similar tools. The Business Analyst should have a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. The candidate should be proficient in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, JIRA, and Confluence, with basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage stakeholders and facilitate discussions. QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 or more years of experience in business analysis, including experience in business process re-engineering. Experience working on enterprise-level IT projects and within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment is required.
