Key Responsibilities
Perform onsite installation and configuration of AV systems including displays, projectors, video conferencing systems, AV racks, and structured cabling
Conduct cable drops, terminations, and wiring for low‑voltage systems
Install and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment to ensure optimal performance
Assist with system design, layout, and planning of AV solutions
Load, configure, and update control system software as needed
Maintain a professional presence onsite while representing the GST brand
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in low‑voltage installation, structured cabling, or AV systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work comfortably in physically active environments
Comfortable working at heights and using ladders/lifts
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must have reliable transportation to report to assigned job site and/or travel between locations as required
Must maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Employees are expected to provide standard hand tools customarily used in the trade.
