Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to provide psychotherapy for clients in a community mental health setting, including those in a Day Treatment Program for Special Needs populations (Autism Spectrum, SPMI, DD/ID, TBI) and outpatient clients with diverse mental health concerns.Offer evidence-based, trauma-focused, and motivational interventions in a flexible, progressive environment.Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, attending staff meetings, and adhering to ethical standards.Qualifications: M.A., M.S., or M.S.W., working toward licensure (LPC, LPCC, LAMFT, LMFT, LGSW, LICSW), with experience or interest in working with special needs populations.Benefits include competitive pay based on caseload, paid time off, supervision, CEU stipends, health insurance, 401(k), parental leave, and professional development.Work schedule is Monday to Friday, in person, in Faribault, MN, with no weekends.
