Job Title: Lawn Care Crew Member – Mowing & Trimming (Central Indiana) Company: Cutting Edge Lawn and Landscape Location: Central Indiana (Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, and surrounding areas) Job Type: Seasonal / Part-Time to Full-Time Pay: $17 – $22 per hour (starting pay based on experience and skill level) About the Role We are a growing lawn care company looking for a reliable and dependable crew member who takes pride in quality work. This is an outdoor position focused on residential and light commercial lawn maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Operate commercial zero-turn mowers and produce clean, straight lines with professional striping Use a string trimmer (weedeater) with speed and accuracy around beds, fences, sidewalks, and obstacles Perform edging, trimming, and basic spring cleanup / mulch preparation Follow routes efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Keep equipment clean and report any maintenance needs What We’re Looking For: Experience with commercial mowers and string trimmers is strongly preferred Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented with the ability to mow straight lines and edge cleanly without scalping Highly reliable, dependable, and punctual — you show up on time and ready to work every day Good communication skills — you respond to messages and updates promptly No substance abuse issues Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather Ability to work well as part of a small team What We Offer:If you’re fast with a trimmer, take pride in clean mower lines, and are a dependable team player, we’d love to hear from you!How to Apply:Reply to this ad with:1.
