Electrical Engineer / Senior Electrical EngineerLocation: Kansas City or St. Louis, MOSalary: $68k - $160k + up to 30% annual bonusOur client is a well-established MEP consulting firm with a 50-year track record supporting a diverse range of facility-based projects in aviation, healthcare, housing, and municipal sectors. Due to growth, they are seeking experienced electrical engineering talent to join their teams in Kansas City and St. Louis.What you'll be doing:Lead electrical design projects from initial concept through final constructionConduct site visits and participate in client meetingsSign/seal electrical drawings and ensure compliance with applicable codesCoordinate with mechanical engineering and CAD teamsDesign and layout power distribution systems from the transformer into the facilityMentor junior staff and maintain clear communication with clientsManage timelines, deliverables, and quality standards across projectsWhat you'll need:Bachelor's degree in Electrical EngineeringPE license or active pursuit of licensure (required for final sign-off)Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities-based or MEP electrical engineeringBackground in building power systems preferredCAD and/or Revit experience is a plusStrong leadership and accountabilityProject management experience a bonusLocal candidates preferred; relocation considered for strong Midwest-based talentWhat's in it for you:Competitive base salary and bonus potentialMedical insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, PTO and more!Additional perks and flexibility for personal life needs, though this is an in-office roleApply now!
