RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain Customer Service Index (CSI) rating as set by dealership service managerResponsible for the entire customer service experience from the service drive until vehicle is turned back over to the customerSchedule appointments and generate estimatesAdvise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's specificationsEffectively communicate to the customer the timeline of repair and maintenanceFollow up with progress calls and/or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up timeDocument repair and maintenance changes on repair order in the approved mannerResolve customer complaints and questionsEstablish and maintain strong positive working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clienteleQUALIFICATIONSMinimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredAssociate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferredTrade school training and education preferredAt least six months to one year automotive industry or related experience and/or trainingBroad knowledge of new vehicle technologiesExcellent customer service skillsAbility to be analytical and multi-taskAbility to work with little supervisionSelf-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environmentStrong written and communication skillsConsistent and stable work historyValid driver's license and clean driving recordProfessional appearance and work ethic
