Job Description Assist in a comprehensive HR operation for 500+ Union and Non-Union employees across multiple states (NY, CA, TX, FL), ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations• Administer HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now) for payroll processing, benefits management, and employee data maintenance• Assist in benefits administration and served as primary point of contact for all employee inquiries• Assist in conducting employee relations investigations and handled sensitive personnel matters with discretion• Work with union contracts and ensure compliance• Monitor compliance requirements, including mandatory training programs and EEO.• Process and manage worker compensation, disability, PFL, and FMLA claims• Reconcile vendor invoices and process payments.• Manage the paid time off system - five distinct accrual policies
