Laser and Optician Technician

Laser And Optician TechnicianWe are currently seeking an experienced Laser and Optician Technician to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. This is a hands-on role ideal for a skilled technician with a minimum of 5 years' experience in laser system alignment, precision manufacturing, and optical device assembly.Key Responsibilities:Set up and align photonics laser systems per technical specifications and blueprints.Adjust laser settings to achieve optimal performance and precision.Operate various manufacturing equipment to produce device components or sterile finished products.Perform equipment setup and in-process adjustments to maintain quality and design specifications.Conduct inspections of machinery and outputs to ensure compliance with production standards.Assemble medical devices, conduct precision testing, and take accurate measurements based on work order instructions and technical drawings.Perform quality assurance and reliability testing following standard procedures.Self-assess work, troubleshoot issues, perform visual inspections (including under magnification), and rework assemblies as necessary.Review documentation such as Device History Records with attention to detail.Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, and manufacturing efficiency.Participate in team-based projects to drive process improvements.If you or someone in your network is qualified and interested in this opportunity, please feel free to reach out or send a resume for consideration.
