Chef de Cuisine — Nove Pasta HouseNove Pasta House is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to help lead the opening and growth of a new pasta-focused restaurant built around quality, consistency, hospitality, and craftsmanship. We are building a restaurant with high standards, strong systems, and a culture centered around people who genuinely care about food and hospitality. Our leadership team comes from high-level restaurant operations and believes great restaurants are built through discipline, humility, repetition, and attention to detail. Nove Pasta House is designed to feel approachable and energetic while maintaining an elevated level of execution across every part of the experience — from handmade pasta and ingredient quality to service, music, atmosphere, and hospitality. What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for a strong, organized, motivated Chef de Cuisine who can: Lead daily kitchen operations with professionalism and urgency Maintain consistency and high culinary standards Manage prep systems, ordering, inventory, food cost, and labor Build structure and accountability within the kitchen Train and mentor cooks while developing a strong team culture Work collaboratively with ownership and operations leadership Help evolve menus, systems, and standards as the restaurant grows Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment We want someone who cares deeply about execution and takes pride in building something special.
