We’re looking for a BIM Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.What You’ll DoLead BIM and VDC coordination activities across a large-scale pharmaceutical construction project, ensuring accurate model integration between contractors, designers, and project teams.Conduct regular field verification walks across active construction areas to validate installed systems, construction progress, and field conditions against BIM models and project schedules.Utilize wearable camera technology and digital field capture tools to document construction progress, installation status, and site conditions for reporting and analytics purposes.Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and digital reporting tools to provide stakeholders with accurate progress measurement, installation percentages, issue tracking, and construction analytics.What you’ll need:Extesive BIM/VDC experience supporting large-scale industrial, pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, or regulated manufacturing projects.Proven experience supporting active construction-phase BIM delivery rather than purely design-focused BIM activities.Experience working within EPCM, contractor, or owner-side project environments with multiple subcontractor interfaces.Strong understanding of construction sequencing, installation workflows, and model-based progress verification.Don’t miss your chance to be part of something extraordinary, apply now and let’s talk!
