Finance Manager

Duties
Lead the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of complex financial statements in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, IAS, and ASC 606 standards.
Oversee budgeting processes, forecasting models, and cost management strategies to ensure fiscal discipline and operational efficiency.
Manage treasury functions including cash flow analysis, investment management, accounts payable/receivable, and liquidity planning.
Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial threats and develop mitigation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements for governmental agencies, non-profit entities, and other stakeholders.
Supervise general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing procedures.
Provide leadership in strategic planning initiatives, financial concept development, and financial report writing to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications
Proven experience in corporate accounting, public accounting, or governmental accounting with a strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, IAS, and ASC 606 standards.
Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, risk management, budget development, and forecasting techniques.
Proficiency with financial software systems and tools for account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow analysis, and financial report generation.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, revenue management, profit & loss statements, and cost control measures.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
Exceptional communication skills for clear financial report writing and interpretation tailored to diverse audiences.
