We're hiring a part-time Waste Remedy Agent Trainee to join our Puget Sound Team! This position starts at $23.00-$26.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional earnings based on recycling recovery efforts. We've been building service in this market over the past year, so this role begins part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role as routes and accounts continue to expand. This is independent, physical work done outdoors at multifamily properties, so it's a great fit for someone who likes staying active and working on their own. Position Details: Schedule: Approximately 25-29 hours per week to start. Start time: 4:00 AM, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Responsibilities: Navigate daily routes in a company-provided box truck. Sort trash and recycling, clean enclosures, and handle furniture or appliances. Lift and maneuver items weighing up to 150+ pounds. Requirements: Valid driver's license with at least 5 years of relevant driving experience.
