A company is looking for a Defense Contracting Team Lead. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of government contracting specialists to provide coaching and technical support to businesses in government markets Oversee delivery of technical assistance, including needs assessments and client-specific action plans Build and maintain relationships with businesses, government agencies, and professional associations while staying current on federal contracting priorities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience Experience working with the Department of War or in federal contracting Proven people leadership experience, including coaching and developing staff Strong stakeholder and partnership development experience Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
