At Young, YOU are at the core of what we do.Position OverviewThe Territory Sales Representative, San Jose & San Francisco (Silicon Valley territory), is responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share for Salvin Dental Specialties. This role leads the execution of territory-level sales strategies, expands relationships within existing accounts, and secures new business across the dental and regenerative product portfolio. Full medical, dental, vision, 401k, parental leave, paid holidays, paid time off, short & long term disability insurance, employee assistance program, and more!Who You’ll Work WithThis role will report directly to the Regional Manager (West) with strong ties to the other Territory Sales Reps and leadership team.Daily support from Customer Service and other Territory Sales Representatives in the field.What You’ll DoDrive revenue growth across your assigned territory by expanding existing accounts and securing new business for the full Salvin Dental/Regenerative portfolio.Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, strengthening partnerships and positioning the business to gain share and deliver on annual growth objectives.Build and sustain strong customer relationships by leveraging your experience, network, and interpersonal approach to create long-term value.Consistently meet or exceed territory sales targets and key performance metrics aligned with business expectations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and pipeline data, ensuring visibility into opportunities and supporting ongoing sales momentum.
