Role Description The Tasting Room and Event Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the tasting room and events to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing the tasting room staff, coordinating winery events, ensuring sales goals are achieved, and maintaining inventory. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chelan, WA, requiring hands-on management, team leadership, and collaboration across departments. Qualifications Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiencesExperience in event planning, coordination, and managementKnowledge of wine and winemaking, with sales and upselling experience in a retail or tasting room settingTeam leadership and management skills, including staff scheduling, training, and performance managementExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentAbility to multitask and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detailFamiliarity with POS systems and basic computer software; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s licenseExperience in hospitality, wine, or food and beverage industries is preferred
