*Sales Associate – StretchLab Bothell* *Pay:* $18–$22/hour + uncapped commission (up to 10% on all sales) *Schedule:* 20–30 hours per week (weekend availability preferred) *Location:* StretchLab Bothell – Bothell, WA *About StretchLab:* At StretchLab, we believe movement is freedom. If you’re passionate about fitness or wellness and love connecting with people, this role is for you. *What You’ll Do:* *Sales & Membership Growth* * Make outbound calls daily to connect with new leads and follow up with past prospects * Deliver engaging studio tours and intro stretch sessions that educate and inspire * Confidently close membership and stretch package sales, focusing on value and outcomes * Overcome objections with empathy and product knowledge * Upsell retail products and recovery services that enhance client results *Client Experience & Studio Operations* * Provide a consistently polished, friendly, and personalized experience to every guest * Handle check-ins, phone calls, appointment scheduling, and service recovery with ease * Work closely with Flexologists and the Studio Manager to ensure a seamless client flow * Keep the lobby tidy, organized, and always guest-ready * Use our CRM (ClubReady) to manage leads, record follow-ups, and track performance *Marketing & Community Outreach* * Support grassroots events, open houses, and wellness fairs to grow local visibility * Contribute to studio marketing and social media efforts to engage new prospects * Be a visible brand ambassador in Bothell—bringing StretchLab energy into every interaction *Who You Are:* * You’ve worked in fitness, wellness, or service-based sales (studio, gym, spa, chiropractic, etc.) * You’re confident on the phone—outbound calls and follow-ups are no problem * You love closing sales and believe in the transformative power of what you’re offering * You have a positive, authentic personality and strong emotional intelligence * You’re organized, tech-savvy, and goal-oriented, especially when it comes to tracking performance * You enjoy being part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment * You’re available 20–30 hours per week and can work at least one weekend shift *What You’ll Get:* * Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission + bonus potential * Free and discounted stretch sessions to support your own wellness * Opportunities to grow with a rapidly expanding wellness brand * A supportive, high-energy team culture that celebrates results and relationships *Apply Now and Help Bothell Move Better.
