Our client is a growing government contractor in the DMV adding an Accounts Payable Specialist to their corporate finance team. If you enjoy a fast paced, project driven environment and want to deepen your experience in Deltek Costpoint and gain exposure to Dela, Deltek's AI powered orchestrator designed for complex, compliance driven GovCon environments, this role is a strong next step.What You Will DoProcess high volume vendor invoices in Costpoint with accurate direct and indirect cost codingReview POs, receiving documentation, and project allocations for allowabilitySupport weekly check runs, ACH payments, and credit card reconciliationsMaintain vendor files, W 9s, COIs, and SAM.gov compliance documentationPartner with PMs to ensure proper job costing across active contractsAssist with month end close, accruals, and audit ready documentationGain exposure to AI driven AP automation including DelaWhat We Are Looking For3+ years of AP experience with GovCon experience strongly preferredHands on experience with Deltek Costpoint (any exposure to Dela is a huge plus)Strong understanding of 3 way match and project cost codingHigh attention to detail and comfort working in a compliance driven environment
