This role will focus on managing high-volume candidate pipelines, coordinating hiring processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while partnering with multiple stakeholders.The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strong ownership, and can effectively manage recruiting operations at scale.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline (up to 70–80 roles)Serve as the first point of contact for internal candidatesConduct initial screening and resume reviewsCoordinate and schedule interviews, hiring loops, and debriefsMaintain and track candidate lifecycle data and pipeline metricsBuild and manage reporting dashboards for hiring visibilityPartner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Teams to drive hiring progressEnsure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the processManage calendar coordination, communications, and documentationSupport offer handoff process for selected candidates Must-Have Skills:8+ years of experience in recruiting, program management, or related fieldStrong experience in high-volume hiring / pipeline managementProven ability to manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycleExcellent stakeholder management and ability to influence without authorityStrong organizational and project management skillsExperience with candidate tracking systems and reporting metricsAbility to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsStrong communication and coordination skillsABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
