Manager, Solutions Consulting - Payment Solutions Remote Location: BE, Belgium, Virtual, Belgium, EUROPEWe are seeking a forward-thinking Manager of Solutions Consulting – Payment Solutions to drive the success of customer payment solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in payment technologies, and a passion for consulting with customers on their chosen corporate payment solutions for their travel program.ResponsibilitiesWork with customer‐facing teams including Program Management and Global Solutions Engineering to ensure they are well informed and confident when speaking about BCD's payment solutionsSupport Program Management in customer meetings and workshops focused on payment solutionsSupport revenue growth and expansion of BCD's preferred payment methodsEngage with Conferma to improve acceptance & SNAP+ collection ratesCoordinate with resources from multiple departments on the development and delivery of payment solutions including but not limited to Implementation, Marketing, Project Management and Technology SupportSupport the planning and evolution of BCD's payment solutions across the globe, ensuring alignment with regional business goals and global product strategyKeep up‐to‐date on innovation in the travel payment space to ensure that we at the forefront of the industry and most importantly, able to retain and win new businessAbout YouExtensive experience in the travel industry, with a strong focus on payment technology and operationsProven experience with payment solutions, issuers and, including Conferma, and the ability to work at a strategic level to drive resultsStrong technical understanding of payment flowsDemonstrated working closely with cross‐functional and geographically distributed teamsCustomer‐focused mindset with a detail‐oriented approach to customer success, problem‐solving and product developmentProven ability to thrive in a challenging, fast‐paced work environment and adapt well to shifting prioritiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced, evolving environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; additional European languages are a plusWhat We Offer You At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
