Presales Solutions Engineer
A company is looking for a Presales Solutions Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and shape solution strategies aligned to business outcomes
Lead discovery sessions focused on workflows and tooling across IT, engineering, and business teams
Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and solution narratives across Atlassian platforms
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in presales, solutions engineering, or consulting within SaaS or enterprise software
Strong experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management)
Working knowledge of Agile, ITSM, and/or DevOps practices
Experience designing and presenting solutions that connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
