Grants Management Analyst

mPower, Inc. is looking for a well-rounded Grants Management Analyst to join our team. Our team consists of experts and professionals who have experience in management, administration, consulting, and technology. This position seeks to implement positive mission-oriented change, to deliver tangible operational results, and to build and continuously improve the organization.Responsibilities Administer financial and administrative aspects of grants and cooperative agreements. Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including federal policies, and grant-specific provisions. Monitor grantee financial performance, fund disbursement, and programmatic activities to ensure alignment with approved budgets and objectives. Track, reconcile, and analyze grant budgets, expenditures, and obligations; identify variances and recommend corrective actions. Support audits, site visits, and internal reviews by maintaining accurate and complete grant documentation. Collaborate with program staff, finance teams, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure effective grant management. Provide guidance to stakeholders on grant policies, procedures, and best practices. Maintain adherence to internal controls, financial management standards, and organizational policies. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience administering federal grants and/or cooperative agreements Strong knowledge of federal grant regulations, including OMB Uniform Guidance policies and procedures. Experience developing, monitoring, and reconciling grant budgets and applying financial management principles. Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, identify issues, and implement process improvements. Experience supporting compliance reviews, audits, or financial reporting processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with financial systems, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), and grants management tools.
