UI/UX Designer

Key elements of the job: End-to-end design process for digital products, from concept, design, development, communication, and implementation of digital UI/UX for in-house web & mobile platforms Provides insights and recommendations for the development of innovative marketing concepts for all digital touchpoints, including but not limited to social media, web/apps, O2O campaign and digital partner integrations Work closely with other product designers, product owners, and the software development team in the progress Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user-centred design solutions. Apply creative thinking and design methodology into digital projects / products Advocate each process to be followed meticulously in the project like accurate UX requirement gathering, documenting persona, user flows, information architecture, brainstorming/ideation, wireframe, low/high prototype, visual design and projection-ready assets. Optimize the user experience across digital touchpoints. Maintain knowledge of design trends and assist with implementation of design innovations The ideal candidate: Degree or Diploma holder in visual design, interactive design, creative media or relevant discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in App and Responsive Web design Strong portfolio demonstrating proven UX workflow and strong design techniques Background of working in fintech/insurtech/banking/financial services is preferable Strong communication skills and a business mindset, with the ability to manage relationships and convey solutions to business stakeholdersKnowledge of usability testing and design for usability Expertise with prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities.
