This role is responsible for overseeing all field operations related to cured-in-place pipe installation using steam and water cure methods. The Supervisor ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to Vortex quality standards while maintaining strong communication with project management and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all aspects of CIPP rehabilitation field operationsTypically, this role has mandatory travel expectations within the designated region with a minimum of 90% overnight travel expected for this position. Supervise, train, and mentor field crews to ensure high performance and safety complianceOversee installation of CIPP liners in storm and sanitary sewer systems using steam and water cure processesCoordinate daily jobsite activities, equipment, materials, and crew assignmentsMaintain strict adherence to safety standards, DOT requirements, and company policiesCommunicate daily with the Project Manager regarding progress, performance, schedule updates, and any field issuesEnsure quality control standards are met and documentation is completed accuratelyBalance operational demands, business priorities, and customer expectationsWork overtime as necessary to meet project deadlinesQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman and or Superintendent in CIPP or related pipelining rehabilitation workStrong understanding of the trenchless rehabilitation industryProven leadership experience managing field crews in sewer rehabilitation environmentsAbility to effectively manage competing priorities and maintain strong customer relationshipsValid driver’s license required. CDL preferredMust pass pre-employment drug screening, DOT physical, and driver’s license review for the past 5 years with no suspensions or major violationsAbility to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50 pounds or morePhysical RequirementsAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsAbility to stand, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periodsCapable of lifting 50 pounds or morePosition Type/Expected Hours Of WorkThis is a full-time, non-exempt position.
