STEAM Class Instructor

www.athenacoding.com Join us as a STEAM instructor! Athena Coding is prime provider of afterschool enrichment for learners of various ages. We are seeking part time instructors to lead fun afterschool programs such as Arts & Crafts and/or Chemistry: Science Experiments classes for kids ages 6-12. Classes are typically once or twice a week, and run up to six weeks with the same group of students. We will provide all necessary materials, equipment and curriculum for your classes. Responsibilities: Manage a fun, safe, and structured environment for a classroom of 5-20 students. Teach arts and/or science in a fun, creative way; no advanced experience required. Lead students with the provided curriculum and supervise them with any hands-on activities. We're looking for someone with: An upbeat, empathetic, and enthusiastic character. A passion for working with children. Experience teaching, tutoring, or working with youth is a plus. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
