Accounting Manager

Job DescriptionThe Accounting Manager will be responsible for partnering and supporting company’s subsidiaries. This position has a lot of interaction with multiple professionals at different level within the company. Will add value every day while assisting with projects and providing guidance.Responsibilities include month end reviews, technical accounting, audit support, M&A Accounting and assisting with implementations.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and assist with accounting month/year end processResponsible for monthly financial reportingPerform quarterly and monthly revenue recognition analyses according to GAAP standards. Contributes to the establishment of major economic objectives, financial policies, and best practices for the company. Prepares financial reports that outline the company's financial position in the areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and future operations. RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in AccountingCPA is a plus4-8 years experienceStrong GAAP knowledgeNo supervisory experience neededPublic Accounting experience is a plusGood communication and interpersonal skills
