**Summary:**
We are seeking a Physical Therapist with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to join our Rehab Services General department. The role involves performing assessments, developing care plans, and providing therapy interventions. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) is required. Some holidays and one weekend per month are also part of the schedule.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Develop, revise, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with patients and families.
- Administer therapy using standard physical therapy techniques.
- Supervise physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel.
**Required Skills:**
- Physical Therapist with SNF experience
- Ability to work some holidays and one weekend a month
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $44.33 - $47.33 per hour
