Job Description: As an Occupational Therapist at TXRN, you will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve independence and improve their daily living skills. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and monitor progress. Your expertise and dedication will help our patients enhance their overall well-being and quality of life. Responsibilities: Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and social conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises, activities, and other treatment techniques. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care. Monitor and document patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Qualifications: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Valid Texas state Occupational Therapist license. Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of occupational therapy techniques, principles, and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
