We are seeking a compassionate, clinically strong, and motivated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team. Position Overview The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will provide psychotherapy services to a diverse caseload, including individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children. Clinicians may provide services in person, virtually, or in a hybrid format depending on role alignment and practice needs. The ideal candidate is grounded, adaptable, organized, and able to maintain strong therapeutic relationships while balancing documentation, communication, and scheduling expectations within a group practice setting. ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive intake assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical evaluations Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy services using evidence based and trauma informed approaches Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, behavioral challenges, grief, stress, and life transitions Utilize therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT informed interventions, psychodynamic therapy, behavioral interventions, attachment based work, and trauma focused treatment Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, legal, ethical, and insurance standards Collaborate professionally with supervisors, administrative staff, referral coordinators, and other treatment providers as needed Respond appropriately to crisis situations and implement safety planning when clinically indicated Maintain consistent availability and communication regarding scheduling and caseload management Participate in consultation, training, and continued professional development opportunities QualificationsActive California LMFT license in good standing Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families preferred Knowledge of trauma informed care and evidence based therapeutic interventions Ability to manage documentation, treatment planning, and ethical responsibilities independently Comfortable using electronic health records and telehealth platforms Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills EMDR training or certification is a plus, but not required Preferred ExperienceTrauma and PTSD treatment Anxiety and mood disorders Couples and family therapy Child and adolescent therapy Crisis intervention and safety planning Insurance based documentation and treatment planning Compensation and Schedule Compensation is based on role alignment, availability, experience, and sustained caseload expectations.
