Job Description The RoleWe are seeking an Experienced Repair Specialist for complex diagnostics, system overhauls, and high-level installations. This role is designed for a self-sufficient professional capable of independent troubleshooting and high-quality mechanical execution.ResponsibilitiesProject Execution: Coordinate and execute pool and spa repair projects from start to finish, ensuring precision and timely completion.Complex Diagnostics: Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.Technical Repairs: Perform repairs and equipment installations using hand and power tools with a focus on safety and aesthetic quality.Compliance: Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and industry best practices.QualificationsExperience: 3+ years of direct pool/spa equipment repair (Required).Mechanical Skill: Expert knowledge of pumps, heaters, and automation systems.Tools: Mastery of hand and power tools for precision mechanical work.License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required).Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Wage: $27.00 – $35.00/hour (DOE).Health & Wellness: Health Savings Account (HSA) and Direct Primary Care (DPC)Company DescriptionPool DoctoRx is the leading Pool & Spa Maintenance, Repair, and Remodeling company in Idaho.
