Senior Training Partner – Workforce Benefits Division
Location: Newport Beach, CA; Omaha, NE; Chattanooga, TN (remote for Chattanooga).
As a Senior Training Partner, you will shape the training experience for the Workforce Benefits Division by creating, delivering, and evaluating innovative training solutions for the Distribution Team.
How You’ll Help Us Move Forward
Performance Consultation and Project Management
Consult with business leaders and subject matter experts to assess training needs and recommend solutions.
Partner with business areas, project teams, and SMEs to research, create, and implement learning and development strategies.
Manage multiple projects and programs to meet deadlines.
Design and Develop Curriculum
Use instructional design principles to create blended learning solutions across e-learning, in-person, and virtual platforms.
Develop interactive eLearning solutions using Articulate 360, Vyond, and Camtasia.
Create trainer guides, participant materials, visuals, job aids, and other resources.
Ensure compliance with documentation guidelines for approval, storage, and retention.
Training Delivery
Learn new content quickly and deliver effective training in virtual, face‑to‑face, and eLearning environments.
Develop a learning plan that includes reinforcement activities when appropriate.
Lead Train the Trainer sessions to prepare trainers for all modalities.
Observe programs to ensure learning transfer and application.
The Experience You Will Bring
5+ years of training experience, including sales training.
4‑year degree or equivalent preferred.
Desire to build a training ecosystem within a growing business inside a large organization.
Facilitation skills in webinar and classroom settings.
Experience in life insurance, financial services, or employee benefits highly desired.
Ability to work autonomously and drive high‑impact work through collaboration.

Base Pay Range
$84,330.00 – $103,070.00 (salary ranges are good‑faith minimums and maximums; actual compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location).
