Senior Systems Engineer

They are known for pushing the boundaries of innovation in areas like cybersecurity, missile defense, and intelligence solutions.The Role Lead and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams for seamless integration and mission readiness. Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and ensure system reliability. Design and implement test plans, procedures, and verification documentation for various environments. Develop integration documentation, verify requirements, and communicate results to stakeholders. Execute system-level testing and analyze results to validate performance and functionality. Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system-level issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.What You'll Need Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Math, or related engineering discipline. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Experience with integration and testing of missile subassemblies. Experience with hardware qualification and ATP. Experience developing and conducting milestone meetings (e.g., Consent to Build, Test Readiness Review, Consent to Ship). Experience leading teams.
