Requirements of the PHP Software Developer include PHP5 & Object Oriented (OOP) concepts CodeIgniter or other OOP PHP Frameworks Strong familiarity with AJAX concepts PHP ODBC Library W3C Compliant HTML & CSS Internships Technology – Web Applications Programming #1 This internship explores developing web based applications. A successful candidate has an exposure to Databases, ODBC, PHP, AJAX, and related development components. This is a paid internship, up to 40 hours a week. Technology – Web Applications Programming #2 This internship explores developing web based applications. A successful candidate has an exposure to Databases, ODBC, PHP, AJAX, and related development components. This is a paid internship, up to 40 hours a week. This internship explores design and functionality of databases used in web-based business applications. A successful candidate has an exposure to relational database theory & designs, and good analytical skills. This is a paid internship, up to 40 hours a week. Technology – Software Systems This internship explores the back-end of business web application and involves development of interfaces to exchange data between disparate applications. A successful candidate has an understanding and/or exposure to REST & SOAP services. This is a paid internship, up to 40 hours a week. Marketing This internship deals with market campaigns, web-site content development, creating press releases, print and on-line advertising, mass mailing, and blast emails. A successful candidate has excellent writing skills, and an understanding of various marketing strategies. This is a paid internship, up to 40 hours a week.
