Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to develop measurement strategies. Implement analytics tracking, validate data quality, and deliver actionable insights. Build analytics capabilities from the ground up, balancing meaningful analytics with privacy and compliance. Mentor customers and teams to foster data-driven decision-making. Identify opportunities where data can accelerate missions, create efficiencies, and deliver technical excellence.What You'll Need Minimum of 5 years of experience in web analytics, analytics implementation, or related data analysis roles. Proven experience configuring, administering, and optimizing Matomo Analytics (goals, events, custom dimensions, segments, dashboards, reporting). Experience with Google Analytics 4 and tag management platforms (Google Tag Manager, Matomo Tag Manager). Demonstrated ability to develop measurement strategies, define KPIs, and translate business questions into analytics requirements. Understanding of data privacy principles, consent management, and analytics best practices.
