Space Operations Trainer

Job SummaryITS, LLC. is seeking a Space Operations Trainer to join our team in Alexandria, VA.Key ResponsibilitiesDuties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supporting the positional training needs for a Space Operations center. Prepare, Plan, and Integrate training programs for Initial Qualification Training and Mission Qualification Training. Areas of training will include Space Operations and Indications and Warning, Space Intelligence, and Plans and Strategy. The trainer will perform content generation, training updates, OJT and classroom training. Preferred Qualifications Must have planning experience. Requires familiarity with Space Operations and astrodynamics concepts. Must be familiar with DoD or equivalent training practices. Must be willing to support off hours to sync with Shift workers. Must be willing to get certified in positions to be trained. Education/Experience A degree in a STEM related field preferred. 2+ years planning experience preferred.
