Clinical Practice Manager
Our client is a large organization that is building out its team to undergo a tech transformation. They pride themselves on fostering an environment where their employees’ voices are always heard, and they are constantly being challenged. They are looking for a Clinical Practice Manager who will oversee the daily operations of the sleep center, ensure efficient and effective delivery of clinical services, and maintain the highest standards of patient care. This is an onsite position based in Stamford, CT.Clinical Practice Manager’s Responsibilities and DutiesOversee the daily operations of the sleep center, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.Manage and support a team of sleep technicians, clinicians, and administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.Ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety are maintained, addressing patient concerns and facilitating optimal treatment outcomes.Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.Clinical Practice Manager’s Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
