Bi-lingual skills are a PLUS!!ResponsibilitiesDetermine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listeningDemonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessoriesLead customers through proven selling steps that close dealsDeliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyaltyMaintain customer information and contacts in CRMFollow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral businessDevelop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketingMaintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisonsRequirementsBe ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeedExcellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skillsA coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearanceOutgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele.Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentagesHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be authorized to work in the USAAble to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screenMust have a valid driver's licenseWe don't take a "one-size-fits-all" approach regarding our employees' Benefits.
