Payroll Specialist

We’re growing our back-office team at AGM Tech Solutions and are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to support our U.S. payroll operations.This is a great opportunity for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and highly communicative, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and employee experience matter.Key Responsibilities:• Process multi-state U.S. payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely execution• Manage the biweekly payroll cycle using ADP Workforce, ensuring timely and accurate processing for employees and contractors• Support payroll data entry, timesheet collection, audits, reconciliations, and reporting• Track and maintain employee leave-of-absence records (FMLA and state leaves)• Administer and update payroll records including deductions, benefits, 401(k) contributions, garnishments, and PTO balances• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and banking information while ensuring compliance with data protection standards• Respond promptly to audit requests and support compliance efforts while meeting established deadlines• Address employee payroll questions and partner with HR and Finance on payroll-related mattersQualifications:• 2-4 years of experience processing U.S. multi-state payroll• Experience with ADP Workforce preferred• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Excellent communication and employee support skills• Experience in the staffing industry or a similar domain is strongly preferredOnsite/Hybrid 3 days a week in Manalapan, NJOur back-office team plays a critical role in supporting the consultants we deploy across the country and the clients we serve every day.If you or someone in your network may be a great fit, please feel free to reach out directly.
