Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.Sanitization: Clean and stock restrooms and breakrooms using industrial-grade cleaning chemicals.Waste Management: Empty trash bins and ensure recyclables are disposed of properly.Facility Safety: Identify and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to management.Outdoor Maintenance: (If applicable) Keep building entrances clear of debris.Job Requirements & QualificationsTo ensure safety and compliance with our site regulations, all candidates must meet the following criteria:Driving: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Grooming Standards: For safety/PPE fitting reasons, candidates must be clean-shaven. No beards or goatees are permitted. A neatly trimmed mustache is acceptable.Safety Gear: Must provide and wear steel-toed boots at all times while on duty.Drug Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug test.Compliance: This position is subject to DISA compliance and random monthly drug testingPhysical DemandsAbility to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion.
