We are looking for the right person to join our team!Responsibilities/ Skills:Identify, evaluate, and address client needs and propose solutions to resolve or escalate issues in a timely mannerPlanning and execution of project work plans and day-to-day field operationsInteracting with clients by scheduling, leading, and recording status meetingsCoordinating labor needed for projects to meet deadlinesEngage customers, close sales, and manage projects from beginning to endManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniqueReview deliverables prepared by team members prior to passing to clientCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, and keep project team and management well informed with effective communication of relevant project informationPerform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure proper safety policies and methodsPerform material take-offsUse and continually develop leadership skillsPerform other related duties as assignedRequirements:Project Management: 5+ years (Preferred)Strong ability to work closely with customers in closing sales during the entire duration of the projectMUST HAVE strong understanding of Commercial PlumbingAbility to read drawingsAbility to handle issues that ariseAbility to handle multiple projects and multi taskingStrong communication and follow upComposing and answering emails professionallyWord, Excel, and Basic Math skills
