Installation/Laborer

*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Installation/Laborer to join our team, specializing in commercial refrigeration installation. This role offers the opportunity to travel nationwide, providing hands-on installation services for commercial refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will enjoy traveling and working in diverse environments, getting paid to see different parts of the country while contributing to essential refrigeration projects. *Duties* * Install commercial refrigeration units and systems according to project specifications and safety standards. * Assist with the setup, assembly, and testing of refrigeration equipment on-site. * Travel nationwide to various job locations, ensuring timely completion of installations. * Follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with team members to ensure quality workmanship. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients as needed during installation processes. *Qualifications* * No prior experience in commercial refrigeration installation or related construction/labor work is required; training will be provided. * Ability to travel frequently across the country and adapt to different work sites. * Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment safely. * Good communication skills and a team-oriented. * Willingness to learn new skills related to refrigeration systems and installation techniques.
