6pm-6am 2-2-3 Schedule Comer, GA | 6pm - 6am 2-2-3 rotation Role Summary We are searching for a motivated and active Shift Supervisor to oversee our daily manufacturing activities, prioritizing safety, quality, and overall productivity. This position plays a vital part in elevating team output, achieving production goals, and upholding our high standards for operational success. In this fast-paced setting, you will manage personnel, organize daily tasks, and assist in advancing our continuous improvement efforts. Primary Duties Mentor and guide production staff to foster professional growth Achieve production goals and quality benchmarks to ensure timely deliveries Optimize operational efficiency by overseeing resource allocation and staffing Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team Facilitate shift briefings to ensure all team members understand daily objectives Address and troubleshoot production obstacles as they arise Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality departments to resolve operational challenges Assist in the integration and training of incoming staff members Improve overall shift productivity by tracking and reporting key performance metrics Support lean manufacturing and waste reduction efforts to enhance processes Maintain adherence to organizational guidelines and client specifications Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing leadership role, ideally within automotive or composites Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire production teams Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on production facility Comprehensive knowledge of production workflows and manufacturing systems Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies Strong capacity for critical thinking and decisive problem-solving Excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills Competency in utilizing reporting software and standard computer applications High school diploma or GED; additional relevant certifications are an asset Ideal Candidate Profile A hands-on leader who sets a positive standard for others An individual capable of fostering accountability and team motivation A resilient problem-solver who excels in high-pressure situations A detail-oriented professional dedicated to safety and quality outcomes Physical Demands Capacity to remain standing or walking for long durations Ability to maneuver, lift, or push materials as required Readiness to work within a manufacturing facility setting
