Customer representative/Print Operator
Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our print production team. This role is primarily focused on assisting customers, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to final delivery. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Greet customers in person, by phone, and via email in a professional and friendly manner
Understand customer printing needs and assist with product selection, pricing, and order details
Create, review, and process print orders accurately
Coordinate with the production team to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated
Assist with basic file checks, proofs, and layout adjustments when needed
Answer customer questions regarding timelines, pricing, and print specifications
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills and comfort using order management or POS systems
Familiarity with printing services or graphic design concepts is a plus but not required
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under deadlines
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
