Job details:Job Title: Program Manager IV Location: Either Austin, TX or San Jose, CA, Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 3 days/week)Duration: 6+ months contract Max Pay Rate: $66-67/hr. on w2About the Role:We’re seeking a senior Program Manager to drive on-time delivery across complex initiatives supporting client's ecommerce services—platform capabilities that power buyer and seller experiences. This role is execution-focused and partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.Strong program management fundamentals matter more than deep design or UX expertise.What You’ll Do:Own delivery execution, timelines, and release predictabilityDrive clarity across ambiguity; define goals, plans, and dependenciesPartner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and DesignSupport initiatives across payments, regulatory flows, seller tools, shipping, and buyer transactionsUse AI tools to improve efficiency (notes, action items, documentation)What We’re Looking For:8–10+ years of Program Management experienceExperience with online commerce or marketplace platformsExperience working with product and/or engineering teamsAbility to quickly adapt to new tools (Figma/Airtable experience nice to have)Strong delivery, accountability, and stakeholder management skillsNice to Have:Experience with payments, compliance, or fulfillment systemsExposure to AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini
