Easy access to decision makers who are welcoming!Ability to get exposure to different areas, work with different departments.Large global company with excellent benefits!Key functions of the Assistant Controller at a glance:Supervise monthly close for multiple entities totaling approximately $350M in revenue, ensuring accuracy and timely reportingLead, mentor, and develop a team of senior and staff accountants, fostering a collaborative and high-standards environmentOversee internal controls and annual controls assessments for CT and Canadian operationsAct as business partner to operations, pricing, and finance leadership, driving process improvements and cross-functional projectsApprove treasury functions, including weekly disbursement runs and wire payment releasesKey contact for internal and external audit.Additional duties as assigned.Preferred Qualifications of the Assistant Controller:BS Degree in Accounting (CPA Preferred)5-7 years directly from Public Accounting with manufacturing related clients, experienced as a Manager level. ORCPA with Five to seven years of hands-on accounting experience in a product-based environment (manufacturing, distribution, or similar)Demonstrated leadership or management experience overseeing accounting staffStrong systems aptitude; experience with large ERP implementations preferred#INMAY2026#LI-SP1
