This role involves programming CNC machines, setting up and operating equipment, and interpreting technical drawings to produce high-precision parts. The CNC Programmer will collaborate with the engineering team to ensure efficient production and maintain quality standards, adhering to established processes and safety regulations.QualificationsProficiency in CNC Programming and Programming for machining toolsExperience in Machining and Milling processesStrong ability to interpret and work with Technical DrawingsAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-precision workExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issuesFamiliarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods is a plusPrior experience in production and manufacturing environments preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are advantageousDesirable ExperienceHeidenhain 640 or TNC7 Control experienceSiemens 840 Control experienceOkuma OSP Control ExperienceFusion 3D CAM experienceEsprit Edge CAM ExperienceMill/Turn ExperienceWire EDM Experience
